Rental Needed

My wife and I are now looking for a studio / 1 br / loft in late September / early October, since our firends backed out on us. (Thanks to evevryone who sent houses earlier)

We prefer Grayton or Seagrove, but would be willing to listen to any suggestions.

We're already booked for the first two weeks of October, but September is wide open, and that's a great time to visit SoWal. Our studio is really comfortable for two people. The beach is directly across the street and it's only an easy mile's walk to Seaside (to the west). You can PM me if this looks like something that would work for you--hope it does!

You will not find a "finer" place to rent on 30-A than Mermaid's studio!!
Close proximity to Seaside and locally owned restaurants galore.......
