Rental Owners - get a smart home!

I go in to a lot of rentals for photos and video. I'm starting to see smart thermostats connected to the internet you can control from anywhere. While not new, I think their time has come for rental owners. I know it would give me peace of mind if I lived far away. Many times I have entered rentals in the summer and the AC is on 62 and I know it's been vacant for at least a week.
