Hello Sowallers, my lease is up Feb 1st, and I am searching for something more suitable to my needs. I would like to be a little closer to my family in Niceville & FWB, north of 98 but south of the bay, and a bit more space. I would like:
2 bedrooms or 1 bdrm with space for an art studio/office
wood/tile/cement floors
newer or updated kitchen & bath
a yard, fenced if possible
close to bay access - I have a kayak and my dog likes to swim
a bathtub, a fireplace, and/or a screen porch would all be fabulous bonuses
About me: I am self employed and currently work from home, clean, quiet, and have excellent credit and references. I have a sweet cocker spaniel, Daisy, and a cute tuxedo cat, Figaro. Both are housebroken, very well-trained and well-behaved, spend most of their time indoors with me, and do not scratch or chew anything more than their toys (and themselves.
I will take great care of your property. My budget is small; currently I pay less than $800 per month, so I will stay put unless I can find something similarly priced.
A small house, carriage house, guest property, apartment, condo or townhouse would all work for me, or perhaps a live-in caretaker situation. I know there are so many places sitting empty that would be perfect, surely some rental income & care would be better than none? Do you have something that would work, or know of someone who does?
