WANTED: Rental Week of June 5th - 2 or 3 Bedroom

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom rental (4 people) for the week of June 5th for $1,600 or less. I would like south of 30-A in Grayton, Blue Mountain Beach, Seagrove or Seacrest. We prefer a smaller complex and a pool would be nice but not necessary. I'm overwhelmed by searching all the different options and thought I'd give this a try.

We are conveniently situated right across from Seagrove Plaza where you'll find Bruno's Pizza (the best on the beach), Subway, A Few Good Apples, and Movie Rentals. Also in Seagrove Plaza is our rental company, Garrett Realty, which makes check in very easy. You will also find bike rentals right next to the plaza (Seaside is about a 1 mile bike ride) and only about 1.5 miles is Publix which is great if you do not wish to eat out every meal.
