Restaurants ava for sale/lease in the 30A area (or commercial space for lease)

Being i'm not in the area as much as I'd like to be at this time I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas of ava. property along 30A that would be or is already zoned for restauraunt/bar business?

I know of an existing restauran that might be for sale. It's probably not large enough to meet the required sf to have a liquor license, they serve beer and wine. I have been looking into business opportunities/partnerships also.
