Sorry, don’t mean to sound snarky, but Waffle House and IHOP are not my idea of restaurants.

None of the fine dining establishments will be open.

I believe The Pearl at Rosemary Beach will be serving Christmas dinner beginning late afternoon. FOOW at Watercolor beginning early evening. Also The Hilton at Sandestin. Great Southern at Seaside has in the past but don’t know about this year. You might want to check with them.

FOOW or Fish Out of Water is serving Christmas eve and Christmas day dinner starting at 5pm.

We were thinking about getting filet mignon infused with a mix of chopped garlic, fresh rosemary, Kosher salt, pepper, and a little olive oil. Also baked potatoes with fresh chives, a green vegetable, and chocolate-pecan pie. Teresa, where can I buy the best filet mignons in South Walton?

Forgot about Great Southern, correct they opened on Christmas evening last year. No idea if that will be the case this year.
