Bombora Sun & Surf is now hiring retail sales associates. Ideal candidates possess excellent customer service and communication skills & are able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Retail experience is a plus, but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
As a Retail Sales Associate at Bombora Sun & Surf, you will be the most critical link in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding shopping experience. Our store is fun, relaxed and comfortable. You will become a part of a dynamic selling environment where your beach style and selling strength will make you an important part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome customers by greeting them; offering them assistance
*Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters; suggesting items
*Advise customers by providing information on products
*Increase sales by suggesting add-ons
*Help customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions
*Processes payments by totaling purchases; processing cash, and credit cards
*Assisting with stock when delivered, pricing & restock shelves when necessary
*Help keep back counter, fitting rooms & stock area neat/clean
*Contribute to team
*Strong sense of pride and responsibility
*Flexibility & dependability with schedules, including weekends and holidays
