I think SJ is just bluffing. From the responses to this post, he is getting a major ego boost right now . Only a fool would bow out now when he is such a local celebrity. Heck, he could start his own cult and have hundreds of loyal supporters. Come to think of it, what do we REALLY know about the man who calls himself Smilig JOe? What does that capitalized "O" mean?

If worse comes to worse, Kurt can just start paying SJ to make a daily visit to SoWal.com. If SJ had $5 for every post he's made, he'd be $25,000 richer right now!!

The reason I signed onto the board was to be able to view your Beautiful photos. Now that I am hooked you cannot just leave because you have 5000 post. What are we who are hooked supposed to do? Know you are a giving person because all the things you do for others. So whatever your reason for wanting to retire cannot be as important as your many friends on the board who depend on you.
