Bob, Thanks for the background on student body amendment. Still doesn't seem like a significant enough issue to warrant changing the constitution. Why not just a bill in the legislature?

Also realize that all these constitutional amendments were the brainchild of the legislature, not one was placed on the ballot by a citizen initiative as I understand it.

That's clear in the Collins Center review, which states the origin of wach amendment.

I agree that really there was not any of them that should have been on the ballot.
