This sounds great. I'll be in SoWal from Dec. 27 - the morning of Jan 2. I'll be with my family (husband, 2 daughters) and my husband's family (mother, brother, daughter). If I can convince them to come to Grayton at sunset on Dec 30, I most certainly will. I assume we're all bringing our wine or champagne or whatever we want to drink. What time is the bonfire?

Nope! That was Thanksgiving, and we ended up going to SoWal instead! 
I'd be down for the Christmas week, since my holidays are a bust anyway (parents are off on a cruise and the rest of the family is scattered around the country) -- but there are renters in the house next week. I think their names are the Necessary Evils. (Shoo!)
