My roommate recently moved out for grad school and I'm looking to fill his room beginning September 1st. I live in the Bungalows behind TomThumb, a short 5 minute walk from the beach.
Condo is 2br/2.5 bath with a pool and jacuzzi outside. Room is furnished with a bed and a small dresser and I have most of the shared spaces furnished. Rent will be $575 + 1/2 utilities + security deposit (TBD).
I'm 24 years old and work for an architecture firm in Seaside--pretty laid back and looking for a relatively clean and easy-going roommate.
Please PM me or e-mail me at danielbertao@gmail.com with questions and/or interest. Thanks!
