I am a single 34 professional designer with a dog looking to share my house with someone. I have a great furnished large two bedroom house. You would have your own furnished room(or i could remove the furniture) with bed, dresser and tv and a private bath. Have a great porch and neighbors. I live in Pt.Washington on the bay. Looking for 500 + 1/2 utlilies. My stuff is yours and I am a very peaceful fun person... Please email me at earles.denise@gmail.com

Hello,

I read your notice about a room for rent. I am from your area but I am currently in the Middle East working on a business project. I will be returning to the Seaside area in October/2009 and I wanted to find out if you had rented your room yet.
