I have a room available as soon as this week. The room has a bed and a TV with satellite in it but nothing more. I can also be empty if you would like. It is in the front of the house on the second floor and shares a large porch with another room. The house is a 4 bedroom 3 ? bath in The Preserve at Grayton Beach. It is an active house. Two of the rooms are already being rented. One room by a chef at Stinkie?s and his girlfriend, a speech therapist at Sacred Heart. A nother is a dog trainer that works part time at Gravel Road. I work for Lamar Advertising and travel most of the time. We are all between the ages of 23 and 27. It?s $700.00 per month all utilities included. Power, water, home phone, high speed wireless internet, Direct TV satellite with every channel and basic cable in the living room.
