Wanted Roomate for 2-3 month

I am interested in getting a male or female roomate 1-3 months. I am in Blue Mountain Beach in a cute 3 bdrm. 1 1/ 2 barth home one house from 30A with beach access across the street. Great access to everything. I do have pets, but you will love them. Someone without pets, age does not matter as long as mature and not a lot of partying here. House is furnished or bdrm. can be unfurnished. I'm in a great spot. $500 includes, all utilities and Dish TV and internet access. Has a small a patio in backyard and washer and dryer. Great area with easy access.

Hi! I am VERY interested in renting your available room. I am planning to relocate to the area next week. I have inquired about several jobs in the area, and am coming this Sunday (May 16) to interview this week. I do not mind pets, as i have had my own, but wouldn't bring any. Hi! The address here is 22 Flounder Street. I don't have any pictures, but you could come take a look when you get here. I am still looking for a bed for the bedroom. I have one room with a very comfortable chase large enough for two people in it. I am still organizing and have some things to still get in order but for the most part it is very livable with a very nice small private back patio. I have 3 cats and a chihuahua.
