Wanted Roommate - $400 including utilities

[lauren7]

We have a 3/3 house in SRB, near Goatfeathers and Ballyhoo. We are looking to rent out one of the rooms, where you would have your own half bath (sink and toilet) and share the shower with the guest room. $400 including utilities - electric, water, cable, internet. Room has a private balcony from which you can see the gulf.

When do you need it rented by? I want to move there in December or January!

I am the caretaker for my sister's beach house in Old Florida Beach but currently live in the
Montgomery, AL area. I have been trying to relocate to the area for several months.
I am in SRB for a few days and would like to find out if you are still looking for a room mate. I am new to the so wal.com site so you can reply thru so wal.com or call me @ 334-322-9018.

Thanks
