I am wanting to move into a three bedroom house on the bay down 393/North Church. It is a modern, good-looking house. The owner, who I know personally, wants $1000 per month. I would split this with the right individual so your part would be $500 plus 1/2 utilities. These include electric and water. I can pick up basic cable.
About me: I am a 38 year old single male professional. Male or female o.k. but must be respectful, clean, professional and as drama-free as possible. My work hours are 6:30 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. M-F. I travel out of town every other weekend. I have a cat and a smaller barkless dog. The dog is crated during the day.
The house is currently empty but ready to be moved into. Washer and dryer in the house. Large kitchen. Bedrooms are not huge but there is closet space. The third bedroom could be split for any storage of unused items.
The owner of the house has built another house next to it. He has two young daughters so this is not party central. I have no problem with visitors but think about the situation before you call. My job and peace of mind are extremely important to me. I am respectful of others and would expect the same. Thanks!
