Wanted Roommate in 3/3 townhome 30a area

I have a bedroom available for rent in a 3/3 townhome in the 30a area. Small quiet complex south of hwy 98 off of 393. Only a mile to Ed Walline beach access on 30a. I am a young professional female, looking for a female roommate. Must like dogs, as I have a sweet well-behaved 25lbs dog. Rent is $575 and includes all utilities (water, electric, premium cable). All common areas are furnished (kitchen, living, dining, and guest room). You will have full access to guest room for friends and family to stay. The bedroom for rent is unfurnished; however, I can provide a bed if needed.

Bedroom for rent also has private outside patio. Complex has only 9 units and a private pool.
