Beach Comber
This is my dilemma......I currently rent @ the Palms of Destin, but my lease ends March 29th because they would prefer to do it more on a short term basis or raise my rent accordingly, which would probably be $1450/mo. 
This price does include everything and it's a gorgeous place on the 12th floor so you can see the bay from the guest room and the beach from the balcony off of the livingroom.
If I could find a (female), responsible, roommate then I would be interested in staying, but if not then I would like to find something else with a lease of about 4-6 months, furnished, and closer to my job, which is in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. If I do something alone then I don't want to do anything with a rent of more than $1000/mo. I would appreciate any kind of help. Thanks!
