Roommate wanted - I have a 2BR/2BA Apt and am renting out the spare room. I live at the Sanctuary Apts along HWY 331. Rent is $1000/mo plus $500 deposit plus electric. This includes your private bathroom. Washer/dryer in unit. No pets. The current lease goes thru April of 2024.
Prospects will apply at the front office and there’s an application fee and must pass a background/credit check.
