Hello! I have an unfurnished room available for rent. I am located 5 minutes from Pier Park and 10 minutes from 30-A. I am a young professional looking for a responsible, clean, and trustworthy person to share my home with me. The complex has a pool, tennis court, and beach access. I also have 3 cats that share my home with me. I am a very clean person, and I like to keep a clean home. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need, and the home is decorated. The only thing you will need to bring is yourself and your bedroom furniture. The room can fit a king bed, and the closet is a great size. I would prefer a female roommate, but I’m open to anyone. If you are looking for a safe, peaceful place to live and don't mind cats, you have found it!
Rent is $975 and includes everything.
