Sailboat off west side of 331 bridge

Don't know if anyone here happens to know who owns the sailboat moored on the west side of the bridge, but it has slipped its moorings and the chop on the bay is causing it to knock against the rocks. Going to cause some damage if it's not dealt with soon...
 
Folks need to stop trying to anchor in that part of the bay--for an extended period, anyway. Nothing but mud on the bottom. Remember that boat Hurricane Ivan set down right in the middle of 331 a few years back? Hull split wide open and all the clothes, gear, etc. scattered all over the road?
