Saw Jenny's mother?

We arrived Wed. As we left Garret's we saw a lady across the street on her 3 wheeler that looked alot like the lady we met a couple of years ago. From Anchorage KY. My husband teaches at Crosby & maybe a grandson went there. Sat next to a couple at V last night who live 3 miles from us in Louisville. Ellen

Yes that was Mimi. Her trike is sporting tinsel on the back basket. I am sure she will be making an appearance at the Farmer's Market today, if she can make it from Seagrove to Seaside without getting creamed on the bike path.

If she makes it to Seaside, she will be on one of the white benches around the amphitheater- the ones around the top are her preferred benches. If someone else is sitting on one of "her" benches, you will find her and the trike parked right off to the side, giving the hairy eyeball to the poor soul who dared to claim her spot.

Yes Ellen, Will went to Crosby Middle School until we moved here fall of his 8th grade year. It was (and still is from what I hear) an outstanding school, and we really appreciated a school that challenged and motivated their bright kids!

Happy new year. We had the first great weather here, after Xmas, since we started coming down here this time of year. Been at the beach, walking, riding our bikes, still having time to stop in at Amavida, Seaside stores, Bud & Alleys, Red Bar, Great Southern, Publix, Modica. Short visit so we concentrated on outdoor activities. Didn't get very far.
