Any input on the cottages of Seabreeze Trail? For enjoyment and investment?

Where are they located? I don't think I've ever heard of them.

they are located right on 30A between Alyce Beach and Rosemary Beach, thanks for responding

Ah, not sure about the actual development, but that area is generally known for congestion both on/off the beach.

Are you thinking of Seacrest Beach between Alys and Rosemary? There is a development called Cottages at Seabreeze on Seabreeze Trail across from Mistral Condo's in Seacrest.

yes that is it exactly, is this good or bad?

They are not my favorite. The pool is very small for all of those homes and there is no green space because behind the cottages is a common parking lot. There is no privacy and lots of road noise being right on 30-A. I'm also not a fan of vinyl siding. Some were built before the new 2001 building code so be aware of that.

On the plus side, there is a nice Gulf view and they have quick beach access right across the street.

It just depends on what you want.
