If you look at current prices in Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach they are astronomical. Located directly in the Middle of them in Seacrest Beach and Water's Edge is on the south side of 30A right next to Rosemary Beach, only difference is Water's Edge boast a gate for security so anybody cant just walk up to your house. Seacrest Beach boast a 12000 square foot lagoon pool(bigger then any in Rosemary or Alys) Both these places are 2 minute bike rides(or less) away from all the shops in the area. Price have been rising but It amazes me people haven't realized how much value is still there
