Furnished or unfurnished? Pets allowed?

[Bobby J]

Unfurnished. The new buyers are pet people so I would imagine pets allowed with a deposit. Let me know if you are interested and I will get you all the details as I am just helping new buyer out at this point. The location of this home is really private at this time.

Pearce,

Call me. I am just trying to help seller out. Its not listed for rent anywhere nor is there a sign out. I will probably get more aggressive with this home this week. We are scheduled to close Friday.
