He was arrested and confessed to stealing the panties. He would wear them around his house and then bury them in the yard. Somewhere in Seagrove is a trailer with a panty garden. :funn:

Was this one breaking into cars and stealing panties like the last one was? Would leave ladies' purses alone, just took their undies.
