I don't think there's a penal code for stealing undies.

Was this one breaking into cars and stealing panties like the last one was? Would leave ladies' purses alone, just took their undies.

Who leaves underwear lying around their car? Or am I the only one who doesn't?

This one was breaking and entering a home to steal the panties and other items.
