This might be old news, but what's the deal with Cottage Rentals charging extra to use the Seaside Pools and exercise facilities. If you make an online reservation, the price does not include the pool. If you call, they can add on the pool, but at $12 per bedroom per night! Why not just include it in the price and call it a day?

Not sure but probably because many owners split off and are with a new rental agency called the Homeowner's Collection. I'd guess if you rent through them it's free.
