Check out the article on the front page of the Beach Breeze. Hopefully this story will bring an investigation by the state ethics commission and then the Feds into the crooked politics being played by one of our commissioners.

... "included in the application file, according to state officials, were two letters bearing Cuchens' signature." ... the letters "are not the official letters from Walton County"

oh it is a good story. nice job Dotty Nist

This is good news. After the mess he did at Blue Mountain with the red clay and his approach to his constituents, it is about time this information came out. I hope he gets busted.

Can you post a link? I'm not sure what you mean about letters. Does the article accuse him of forgery?

The Beach Breeze does not have a link to the article yet. They explained that they usually run a week or so behind on the links to current artcles. The newspaper is well worth the .50 cents.

The artcle explains the the commissioner supplied two letters to the DEP in regard to an un-permitted seawall located in S. Walton. The letters stated that the seawall did not violate the walton county comprehensive plan nor were they in violation of the CCCL. According to the artcle, County Supervisor Ronnie Bell states that the commissioner did not have the authority to sign, send or represent the county in the matter. The letters were written on Walton County Official Letter Head.

Once the article link is available, I will post
