I just accepted a position at the Dunes of Seagrove property on Lakewood Drive, and would like to move closer to my post.
I am 26, female, employed full-time with Wyndham Vacation Rentals and a full-time student at UWF. I have a 6 year old, well-behaved, spayed female cat as well as a frog housed in an enclosure. I have a great rental history, and work on the short term end of the business, so I understand the "homeowner's plight" and will treat your property as my own.
Ideally, I would like to pay around $600-775 per month for rent, preferably with some or all utilities included (willing to pay more for all-inclusive), and would like my commute to be 30 minutes or less.
