I would sell my own if I could to buy this. I also had one on Ricker. The folks have it for sale by owner but would work with an agent. They are really good friends of mine. It is one level and like 2800 sq. feet. The lot is 100x100. It has a garage with a little unfinished suite above it. Very cool home. Also, wooded lot. Have Matt call me on some of these and I can hook him up. I do not want to step on his toes.

Here is another one that the guy is motivated to sell. It is MLS # 472425 and listed for $429,000. It is on Spotted Dolphin in Dune Allen. Pretty close to the beach. I think it is 1790 sq. feet.

I have a 2500 sq. ft. in miramar beach just off holiday rd. Excellent location and very nice house for $319,000. YES! I said $319,000. There is nothing in Miramar beach that compares to the price.

These are both really great buys. Your agent is probably doing all she can. Folks just have alot to chose from. It will happen.
