Hello, 30A!
My fiance and I are from 'the 850' and are very excited to be moving home and becoming locals once more after five years of out-of-state employment. :roll:
We are looking for a small footprint space within the 30A community--we currently live in 450 sq.ft. studio and prefer the simpler side of living.
We will be back mid-August to our true home and would love to have housing settled before arrival. We both have standing offers with previous 30A employers so there are no payroll concerns. We have plenty of references and I've never paid rent late! Family in the area can deliver deposits prior to arrival if needed.
We are late 20s/early 30s. We have a Russian Blue cat that is completely hypoallergenic. No dogs, no kids, no smoking on our end. We are VERY CLEAN and prefer people who are the same. We drink, but are not partiers or late night crazy types. I work in theatre and my fiance is in construction. Our prime budget would be below $1000/mo if utilities aren't included.
Anyone looking for a roommate? Have a small place for rent? We enjoy friendship, conversation, and losing hours at the ocean.
