WaterColor Inn & Resort, located along scenic highway 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, is seeking Servers for both AM and PM shifts at its restaurant, Fish Out of Water.
This restaurant is a AAA 4 diamond rated restaurant serving both breakfast and dinner.
An ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
Must have 1-2 years experience in a full service restaurant
Strong hospitality skills
Must have the ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends & holidays. Both breakfast and dinner shifts available
Must present a professional presentation
Strong and effective communicator
Ability to multi-task
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
