I am looking for a roommate to share my 2br/ 2ba condo in Seagrove. The unit is in Herons Watch, near Old Florida Fish House. The unit has W/D, newer appliances, internet, cable, and a balcony overlooking the forest. It is really a nice place to live.

I am an easy going, respectful, responsible person with great references. Prefer roommate that is pet free (I have 2 kitties), drug free and drama free. Outside smoker is ok.
