I agree with Holli. Throwing the fox and chinchella away is wrong! I will have to find my Fox Frappe and Chinnichanga receipes and post them.Obviously if you need meat to live..so be it... but people that enjoy killing and skinning the animal have problems. If you use the entire animal for your survival that is one thing, but to skin a fox or chinchilla just to have a pretty coat and throw the rest away is disgusting. am I wrong?
I love them in brown gravy/...

Yes, I agree with Cork. When you do a little investigating, the cruelty to agricultural animals, and for some reason, expecially chickens - - jammed in those cramped pens and their beaks clipped down, etc. It is all so horrible. But I do eat meat too, but did quit the veal about 20 years ago. There are some things that seem deliberately too cruel for our tastebuds.Cork's post covers a lot of it for me.
I am a bunch of contradictions when it comes to this sort of topic.
I love to eat crab but I won't catch it or cook it (have done so in the past, but no more.)
I have not eaten veal in about 15 years, don't eat a lot of red meat, yet am an unapologetic carnivore, I wear leather, inherited fur but do not wear it, and have nothing at all against non-trophy hunters.
I completely understand the cruelty of foie gras but man does it taste good.
Good read:Fast Food Nation
It is horrible what they do to create large livers in geese! It is now a city-wide ban on fois gras in Chicago because of the cruelty to geese.
