Looking for a 1/1 in the SoWal area... I would like to stay below $800 per/mo. $650-$750 is much more ideal. Currently paying $925 month-to-month for my apartment now and its killing me! I'm single with no pets, very VERY stable job (can provide pay stubs and references), and an extremely modest and conservative lifestyle - honestly, its borderline boring. This unit does NOT have to be big - its just me and I'm not a pack-rat so I don't have a lot of "take-with-me-everywhere" possessions. I pay on-time and I'm very friendly. I just need a cheaper place in the area. Roommate situations are tough for me, PM me and I'd be happy to explain, I just don't want to ramble.
