Looked for skier at the WC meeting today. Thought he'd be wearing a FOR SALE sandwich board...but no luck. Maybe he sold his place and ran away to Mexico with his profit? At least we still have SHELLY!

IMO - Their negativity is their commonality. Skier is obsessed with Watercolor lots/pricing and stock market comparisons, where I see SHELLY as disliking anything about the beach in general and pretty much negative about most everything. 
It confuses me why someone, such as SHELLY, with such disdain for what others of us on this board cherish and wish the best for, would even want to be a member of this board.
Some thought provoking points are brought up from time to time by different board members (people agree and disagree - which is fine). But I find consistant negativity to be rather trying. In fact, when someone is always so negative, I find myself not as willing to hear them out when they are making valid points. (That is not good - just a part of my nature that I need to work on.)
It confuses me why someone, such as SHELLY, with such disdain for what others of us on this board cherish and wish the best for, would even want to be a member of this board.
