SWGB told me mothballs will keep them away. Dunno if that is true, but figure it couldn't hurt.

We have a problem in GA with deer eating our shrubbery, so I put out mothballs. I found out that mothballs make dogs sick if they eat them, so I had to remove them all.

I guess I can wear my Wellies when walking by the vacant lot to get to the beach. That will at least protect me from the knees down.

My son and grandson saw a medium sized rattle snake on the boardwalk at Ed Walline Sunday afternoon late. Yikes!

Wow! Thanks. We will definitely accompany our poodle Pepper everytime she goes out in the fenced area of our home to potty. When we go to the beach, I'll carry her until we hit the sand.

Hubby and I are on our own, I guess.
