Snowbird Rates???

I own a 3 bedroom condo in Sanctuary by the Sea and have an inquiry from someone for potential snowbird rental next year for 4 months. I have no idea what kind of rate to ask!!! Can anyone suggest what kind of monthly snowbird rates a luxury 3 bedroom like mine should get?

Some are as low as $1800 some as high as $4050 per month. I guess it would also depend on the view since that whole complex seems to run the gambit from gulf front to gulf view.

I would call sanctuary by the sea one of the most decieving "gulfront or gulf view condo" complexes on all of 30-a. even a condo in the middle of the complex is 4 times as far to the actual water as almost any other gulfront on all of 30-a. heck somebody who has a condo at the back of the complex is a full 3-4 minute walk to the water. one seagrove and adagio are true condo's on the beach side.

True and I would assume that explains the vast difference in rental rates.
