Good luck. Hope you get some wonderful Snowbird renters. Some of our dearest friends are snowbirds. They rented our house for awhile when we weren't here fulltime. They are coming early this year, Nov. 30 versus Dec. 28. I hope that is the case for many snowbirds. For a few years, during the crazy flipping wacko rates etc, we lost some snowbirds from SoWal to Panama City Beach. We should make a real effort to get them to come back to SoWal, which is where they really want to be anyway.
