So when does The Vue open?

New posts
As long as we all band together and promise to post when the first person falls into the water features at V.

I'll bet $20, it's within the first month.

Methinks V and Vue are going to confuse the hail out of people.

Neither of them can spell properly, so my sympathy level is low.

oops

Sorry for the confusion. Was trying to be helpful, but look what happened. Couldn't one of them have picked a different letter?

I get that V in Seagrove is a nod toward Veridian.

I don't think Vue in Dune Allen would work with another letter:

Aue Bue Cue Due Eue Fue Gue Hue Iue Jue Kue Lue Mue Nue Oue Pue Que Rue Sue Tue Uue Wue Xue Yue Zue.

Some of those would be misleading, others either offensive or just ridiculous. I can't imagine anyone suggesting they go to the Lue on 30A for dinner.

Was lucky enough to be invited to one of the "soft opening" parties at Vue on 30A. I dined at the old Beach Club over the years and I would never have guessed I was in the same place...Tammy Massey, architect and interior designer, along with Bill Sabella, architect, were the design team that dreamed up an almost magical blend of design, color, texture and lighting that creates an ambiance which is hard to find in many restaurants these days. The waitstaff and bartenders are top-notch, and I heard come from as far away as Mario Batali's Las Vegas restaurant. It shows. The new GM was a gracious host and from everything I saw will be the captain of a very successful ship. Lastly, the food. It's pure Sandor. I dined at his Seagrove restaurant before it closed and I can honestly say he has outdone himself. My car is now set on autopilot for the short drive down 30A to this gem of a restaurant. Oh, and I almost forgot to add, the view of the sunset as I sat at my table last night was stunning. Need I say more?

V Restaurant in Seagrove

I ate at V last Friday and was impressed. The Restaurant is beautiful and if you are lucky enough to get a table by the window you can see the sunset. They have an interesting menu and are priced fairly.

You're getting your V's mixed up. This is the Vue venue, but yes, I've been to the V and it's Very good. The menu is diverse, not too expensive, and the place looks great.
