Social Security and Shenanigans

Poppy, either my reading interpretation and yours is entirely different or I'm not making myself clear due to my inability to express myself in words of the English language. I thought it would be clear I was saying "what is wrong with our support system of disabled and needy". This does not relate to you, personally and if you think it does, I apologize. I was using your statement and Buz's to make a point, not to criticize.
Also, there is absolutely no need to feel sorry for me and my upbring. I didn't realize until I had left home just how much my father's guidance had affeted me. I have no less respect, admiration and love for my father than you do for yours. One thing more. My father gave up flying after he soloed so I could commence at the age of 14. A lot of fathers would not make such a sacrifice for their offspring. While I realize many would, it gave me the insight to know where my career would be. I have always been most admiring and appreciative of my father. You, Poppy, are no luckier than me and, as I said, you certainly don't need to feel sorry for me. I am comfortable in my own skin, as the saying goes.
13 me and my's and 13 I's.

It's a double standard liberals have.. the "me me me" comes from both sides. The people who pay more than they get out of a system and the people who pay less or near nothing and get more.
does not apply to most here, and I would wager the most conservative geriatrics here are mining entitlements for all their worth. the black and white vision you possess mandates that if you do not have a choice here? your supposition is that you are for certain mandates/programs only out of self interest. that cements my idea of your worldview.

Wrong again, my dad was better and could beat your dad in a fight, na-na-na-na-na.
