South Walton Business Owner was beaten. Sheriff try to brush it under the rug.

New posts
The shop owner was trying to get to a phone during the beating to call the police. She picked up the first phone then the employee attacked her again. The employee grabbed the phone out of her hand and threw the phone on the floor. The phone was on the floor in pieces it looked broken but it had connected to 911. That's the call log that was posted. The shop owner tried to pick up another phone and the employee broke that second phone. Then the shop owner picked up her cell phone and the employee stole that phone and the other items as she and her husband ran away from the scene so they could conspire a story.

There is a felony charge right there, deprive victim means to call 911. That's a felony. F.S.S. 914.22

This charge is often more serious than the charge that the alleged witness or victim was calling to report:

  • If the alleged victim was calling to report a misdemeanor battery, the tampering charge would be a third-degree felony punishable by up to five years in prison.
  • If the alleged victim or witness was calling to report a felony battery, the tampering charge would be a second-degree felony punishable by up to 15 years in prison.

Serial robbers...current beach vendor gone rouge sounds about right.. My guess he could have been arrested 10/18 at the BCC beach vendor review meeting
AKA: kick the beach problem down the beach meeting

No different than a beach vendor being arrested for meth, extacsy, paraphernalia and a weapon, having the weapons charge dropped, having the judge who will hear the case release him on a signature bond before he ever got to the jail. Its not what you know its who your daddy is. The Herald didn't report that story either!!

Yup and although that vendor had a valid conceal weapons permit, it has still, at this time, NOT be revoked. He should have been charged with possession of a firearm in the commission of a felony (Drug Possession). Do people with illegal drugs in their "possession" have a "right" to also have a concealed weapons permit (these are issued by the Dept of Agriculture, Adam Putnam)...

Hey, If you are against 4th amendment rights, this is the case for you!

Pops? Where you at on this? Just curious.

I'm just reading what is posted. Unlike the priest beating I have no first hand knowledge of the incident or know anyone involved so I'm just an observer at the moment.
Fair enough. Not trying to put you in a spot.

Just seeing that we are starting to find some common ground on things.

No need to “dislike” my post. I read the whole thread and that was my honest reaction. It’s obviously an important issue, and I imagine it is horrifying should I ever understand what is going on. How about you, John G, make a consolidated post describing what is known. The start of this thread is spotty, filled with writing errors, and just plain weird. I like to hop on the authorities for not doing their jobs as much as the next guy and I absolutely despise people in a position of power using that power or knowledge to their unfair advantage. But as it stands I see a photo of a woman that looks a bit like The Joker in half makeup who may have been beaten up or done it to herself. I see enigmatic posts by folks with less than 10 posts. And I don’t understand the least bit of it

Kindall was in her Gulf Place hair salon. Her ex-employee comes in with her husband and they are angry because of the previous firing. They begin taking things that don’t belong to them, appointment book, security cameras etc. Kindall tries to make a 911 call and the phone is destroyed. She then gets to her cell phone, gets 911 on the line, and then the phone is thrown on the floor. 911 is on the line and there is that brief recording. The husband then holds Kindal while his wife beats her in the face. Thankfully, they stop and when they leave, other shop owners see them. Sheriff says not enough evidence for an arrest.
Oh and the couple that did this are ex cops.
I hope I dumbed this down enough for you elgordoboy. And that’s for the Joker comment
