It's been awhile since I've said this to friends. Every time I turn around I see building. Realtors are busy and inventory is shrinking. Tons of visitors so far looks like another record year. New businesses and restaurants starting up. Labor is tight.

Anyone have any stories of their own? I am interested in hearing what's going on.
