Cap'nCrazy

Beach Lover
As the Cap'n and Gypsea wing our way back to the cold northlands for a while, wanted to take a minute and say thanks and it was fun to meet some of you great SoWallers this week. See you guys soon.

While we're at it, let's put our new year's resolutions on the table, easily broken as they are...... What's yours????????

The Cap'n resolves to get back to a regular workout schedule (3 times a week at the gym) beginning on Monday morning, and to run in the Seaside 5K this year (any other takers?).

Get back on the wagon. Ya hear me Cap'n?
The mers may have to as well. They've been going pound for pound with the FUNNS.

HAPPY NEW YEAR TO YOU ALL- hope everyone gets to do what they want to do tonight, have lots of fun, gets home safely, and doesn't feel TOO awful tomorrow!

Thanks Kurt (I guess we call you Kurtifunn now?) for the great place to hang out. I'm sure your star will continue to rise in 2006!

Jan. 1st, 2006- we start the serious planning for NYE 2006!!! We may need a completely separate forum to keep up with travel plans, lodging, attendees, parties and other social events, etc. T-shirts and beer huggies may have to be a part of the plans too!

Wonder who will make the 1st post of 2006??? I'll be asleep, so it won't be me. Maybe Miss Kitty- she was up early this AM!

My resolution is to stick to my new workout routine and gain more muscle mass. In 2005, I went from 6'1 150 lbs, scrawny to 6'2 170 lbs of lean cut muscle and folks asking me "D**N is that you?" I am very greatful for this, after all that my body went through my last years of high school--found out I had a heart defect and all of the exercise I could do was walk...all is well now though and I am getting stronger every day!

That's good news Bsmart! I also found out I had a heart defect/condition when I was a senior in H.S. Nothing life threatening we now know but at the time no one really knew about WPW. When your heart beats at 200 bpm it's pretty scary.

Add smooching in bars in front of someone with a camera.

I just looked in the mirror and scared myself.
