I don't know. But I do know that my hairdresser who owns several properties in SoWal told me that one year he came down for Christmas and couldn't find a restaurant open. Had to settle for tater tots and some other random food items at Tom Thumb. LOL.

Good Question!

Check the SoWal.com Food & Dining Forum as restaurants will be letting us know their holiday schedules and also we will try hard to keep everyone informed as we receive information.

And if you do go out, please remember that the people cooking your food and serving you are doing so at the expense of enjoying the holidays themselves and tip/act accordingly.

I totally agree.

My brother is a supervisor at Delta in ATL. He makes so much extra money on Thanksgiving and Christmas that he volunteers to work on those days. He shows up at my house later for leftovers, and my leftovers are really awesome. The flavors infuse and get better with time.

I am a real softy when it comes to tips. Like the $100 tip I gave a waitress at Pizza Bar for one pizza when I got some great news from hubby via cell phone about a deal he had just made.

Share the joy!
