3" of sleet here south of the ATL. It's beautiful, but sliiiiiiiiiccckkk!. Schools closed today, I'm guessing probably tomorrow too. Generator, check; gas logs, check; DISH network, check; full fridge, check; stocked bar, check!!!!!

I'm so jealous! We never got the sleet here in Pt. Wash. We should have taken a road trip to Ali's!!!

We didn't get as much snow. I would say about 3 to 4 inches at my house. It did sleet this morning around 4:00am making the roads slippery for rush hour. It would have been a great day for the kids to stay home!!! Plano school district, however, almost never closes.
