Cafe Tango, but call ahead for reservations or you'll be eating at Salty Dog's. D and K's is a wonderful option as is Fire. I would only avoid Stinky's as it's not the quite romantic dinner atmosphere you're probably looking for.

Without question Fish Out of Water at Watercolor. Very romantic, excellent food and service. I think it would be a great place to celebrate your anniversary.

I second this! We celebrated our anniversary there this summer.
 
Hi my name is Kat and my husband is Doug. We would like to invite you to come by and take a look at our restaurant.

Included is one of my favorite pictures of a couple celebrating their 20th anniversary at D&K's Cafe. Chris(top waiter) will make your night so special....he prepares your table before you get there. We have window tables overlooking the sunset and beach. Sometimes we get to see fireworks on the beach. And We also have a small private dining room (away from the main dinning room) with two tables away from each other.....filled with atmosphere.

There are a number of wonderful romantic restaurants in our area...we wish you the best!
