My fiance and I have to unexpectedly move out of our home in Blue Mountain Beach when our lease is up on March 31. The owner of our home wants to renovate/sell instead of renewing our lease. I am a teacher at ECMS & we are re-planning our covid postponed wedding for this June, so this was horrible timing! We would ideally like to have at least 2 bedrooms/baths, and keep the rent around $2,000 per month (give or take depending on location).
