Wanted Starting July1st for Young Married Couple

My son and his wife are moving and need a small long term rental for a young couple and it would be great if it was inclusive of utilities. Would also be okay with a roommate situation as long as you don't mind a couple. Ideally they want a place close to the Silver Sands outlet. They can manage some furniture if needed but a partially furnished would be good too. Need the rent to be something reasonable for a young couple just getting started. He already has a job and she also has a part time job waiting.

Is Santa Rosa Beach to far? Almost fully furnished 2/2 with third floor lookout room along 30a. Awesome backyard. Very cool house near the beach and 10 minute drive to silver sands.

well good luck finding ANYTHING REASONABLE here.....everyone thinks their property is worth 2,000 dollars or more a month....IT IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!

Lol, yes I know. I have lived here almost 30 years and grew up in FWB but if you are patient enough, the right thing will come along which is why we are starting now in hopes of finding something by July. It doesn't need to be off of 30A and in fact, it would be better if it is in Miramar. Keeping my fingers crossed for them. They can just stay with me till the right thing comes along.
